Paul has been a legal practitioner and executive for over 20 years, most recently serving as Vice President, Law, Avaya Inc., where he led several teams, including the Corporate Law and Corporate Governance groups. He has extensive experience in negotiating commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, benefits and litigation. He received a B.A., with a minor in Business, from Villanova University, and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review.
