In addition to restocking & cleaning, these include credit card fees and refund fees for moving funds back & forth between credit card companies and acquiring banks or Paypal, plus packing, shipping and labor costs associated with the sale. We can not accept returns if our customers are not willing to have this fee deducted from their refund to cover these costs. All warranty claims must be sent to the manufacturer who offers the warranty.
