Power washing is high pressurized water which strips paint and damages wood grain creating a light fur on the surface which then needs to be sanded and painted causing the home owner unnecessary expense. Clearview House Washing System has developed a low-pressure application for our cleaning solution. This system works for a desired amount of time, depending on the severity of the job, before turning to a neutral state, thus not harming surrounding vegetation. Our patented system is not sold in stores. Our cleaning solution contains Mildacide and Algacide which is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Our methods will clean and prevent rotting of wood, making it last for years.
