Ryan is the Lead Estimator at Cleary Construction Inc. Ryan has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and with Cleary since 2009. He has earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University in Civil Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Construction Management. Ryan leads our Estimating Department by handling the pre-qualification and Bid on each project. He researches and communicates with qualified subcontractors and vendors obtaining quotes for the top quality products and services Cleary uses.

Cleary Construction Inc. has vast experience in earth work and site prep for any job. Cleary offers a vast knowledge in Rock Removal by drilling, blasting, hydraulic hammer breaking, and rock trenching, all the while providing the necessary equipment and experience to safely and efficiently complete the project. We have the benefit of an on-staff Engineer to ensure turn-key conception to grand opening. We strive to practice a high degree of safety while meeting OSHA and MSHA standards.

Joe is the Chief Administrative Officer at Cleary Construction Inc. Joe oversees the operations of all Estimating and Bid staff at Cleary. His experience with estimating and budgets is instrumental in procuring jobs. Joe communicates with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that Cleary provides top quality service to all our clients.
