Nancy D. Cleveland Principal, Vice President and Secretary Nancy served as Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Investment Advisory, Incorporated from 2001 to 2004. She came directly from Maier Hauswirth Investment Advisors, LLC, which she joined at its inception in 1995 and served as Vice President – Investments. After Maier Hauswirth’s acquisition by Wells Fargo Bank, she operated as regional Portfolio Manager for the Institutional Asset Management division. Nansy’s career in financial services began at regional firm Robert W. Baird & Company Incorporated in brokerage operations. Moving to GS2 Securities (initially Investment Account Services Corp., subsidiary of Richard Schilffarth & Assoc.), she spent eight years providing investment management services for institutional accounts. Immediately prior to joining Maier Hauswirth, she was manager for Kemper Clearing Corp.’s money market and VISA Card departments. Nancy has been a licensed securities registered representative since May 1986. Current credentials include General Securities – NASD Series 7 (5/86), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination – NASD Series 63 (8/86), Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination – NASD Series 65 (9/95), and Investment Company Products / Variable Contracts Principal – NASD Series 26 (8/2004). She holds a BA, cum laude, from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN.
