The Cliff Company was founded in 1993 by Dan and Peter Cliff. The Cliff brothers left the downtown commercial office of Grubb & Ellis to start their own company specializing in the warehouse district of San Francisco known as South of Market (SOMA) and the greater San Francisco Industrial Market.

The Cliff Company was founded in 1993 by Daniel and Peter Cliff with the fundamental goal of providing a personal, full-service approach to its clients.
