We use third parties to provide a portion of the services and technology that make up the Travelocity Service. Travelocity provides these third parties with access to personal information specifically for use in connection with providing such services and/or technology.

When you book travel using the Travelocity Service, we provide to the airline, hotel, car-rental company, cruise line or other involved Third Party Supplier that portion of your personal information that is needed for the successful fulfillment and servicing of your travel arrangements. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such Third Party Suppliers as their policies may be materially different from this Privacy Policy.

The information we provide to third parties who provide us with services, act on our behalf, or provide co-branded products is protected by confidentiality agreements and is to be used solely for the purpose(s) permitted by such agreements.

If you choose to register as a member of Travelocity, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name (if different from your e-mail address), password, and password validation, and a password hint to help you remember your password.
