Cherokee Health Systems - 15 locations in 9 East Tennessee counties providing a wide array of healthcare services.

The purpose of this survey is to provide clients with an opportunity to voice their opinions and collectively influence decisions made by the Home Team program.

The Clinch-Powell RC&D is working with USDA Rural Development and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency to provide low-interest loans to homeowners and renters for home repair and/or utility hookups.
