CLN Consulting was founded in July 2000 by Cheryl L. Nance. We are located in the metro Atlanta area of Woodstock, Georgia. We have successfully helped many small businesses learn to produce accurate financial statements in house. We specialize in helping our clients learn to maintain healthy accounting information that provides in-depth management capabilities saving time and money and allowing optimum growth potential. Cheryl has more than 15 years experience with accounting in small businesses. Her background includes client write-up through financial statements in an accounting firm as well as the administration of a small business from startup to $3.5mm with full responsibility for development and implementation of all administrative and accounting functions. The management and preparation of a multi-state payroll including union reports, federal tax deposits and quarterly and year end payroll reports including W-2's for up to 750 employees provided a solid payroll background. During the period of employment at the accounting firm, she also counseled small business clients regarding on-site management of accounts receivable and accounts payable and compliance with local, state and federal registration and taxing requirements. Comprehensive experience on multiple market ready and customized software packages has provided a broad range of skills with many applications. This mixture of skills and experience is what puts CLN Consulting a step ahead of the competitors when helping small business owners with their QuickBooks. We understand your needs and have the accounting background to provide unequaled professional guidance. While we were founded on the belief that most small business owners need additional help establishing effective accounting procedures and operations, we also firmly believe in the importance of a strong relationship with a CPA or other tax professional. We do not believe that it is in the best interest of the client to overlook this relationship and the benefits that can be recognized from it.
