In early 2000, the Clovis founders looked at the way recruiters and staffing firms operated and declared that they would do it better. Instead of making it about how the recruiting firm did business, they decided to make it about the two most important groups in the process: clients and candidates. Clovis set out to do it differently and better and they did. Years later, we continue to recruit “A-level” sales, IT, and Accounting & Finance performers for some of the best companies in the world.Clovis is a different type of Sales & Management, IT, and Accounting & Finance recruiting and staffing firm. We’re consultative. We want great, personal working relationships with our clients and candidates. We only work with candidates who are serious about making a powerful, forward-moving career change. We only work with clients who want to bring the best people into their organization. We will not work with everyone. The Clovis approach to recruiting is not right for every client and candidate.Clients and candidates benefit from our highly personal, consultative and selective approach to recruiting. We want to match the best candidates to the right clients. We’ll work with our clients to establish the right criteria to ensure only the best matches. We won’t send over a large number of resumes just to meet a quota. We take care in understanding the essential requirements and only presenting candidates that we feel are right for the job. We are committed to efficient and successful searches. We know that everyone has unique requirements and we work with our clients to ensure that their needs are met for every search.
