As a mortgage banker, it provides private money financing with company funds along with investor funds for bridge loans, non-institutional loans, and other opportunistic funding needs of its clients. Our loan transactions range from $100,000 to more than $100 million. Capital Real Estate Advisors (CRA) is a full service commercial real estate company which provides a variety of services including real estate brokerage (sales and leasing), investment, development, asset management, property management, and consulting. CRA provides and supports these services on numerous property types including but not limited to retail, office, medical, industrial, multi-family, mobile home parks, residential tract developments, golf courses, health care properties, and other special purpose properties. We transact business in the Western United States, primarily in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and Colorado.
