CMC Properties began in the mid-1960's, in the apartment development business. While CMC's roots are in residential development, in time we began building a unique office product which users have dubbed "The Perfect Small Office." From day one, the company recognized that to provide the best services we need to have an energetic, appreciated, and well-trained work force. We believe that if we treat our employees extremely well, they will treat our customers well. This philosophy is the foundation of our management success. In 2002, CMC was honored by the Better Business Bureau with its First Annual International Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. This award is in recognition of our ethical practices toward, and treatment of, our employees, vendors and customers. We have built our entire organization with talented, caring people who share a common mission to Simplify the Lives of our Customers. Today CMC develops, owns and operates residential, retail and commercial property throughout Greater Cincinnati and the Midwest. Our portfolio includes everything from affordable and student housing to luxury high-rise and from neighborhood shopping centers to bulk warehouse facilities.
