Originally founded by Cortez E. Fowler Sr., in 1988 as CEFCO National Claims Inc. With the implementation of new ideas and the expansion of our adjustment services, CEFCO took on a new name, cnc reSOURCE in the year 2002, to reflect the wide variety of resources we now offer. Mr. Fowler first began assisting claims adjusters with the settlement of insurance losses on a consulting basis in 1979. While assisting both general adjusters and independent contractors in the field, Mr. Fowler recognized a need for improvement in the quality of the products and services provided to client companies and their policyholders.
