Co-Operative Industries Aerospace & defense (CIA&D) is an industry leader that has been a manufacturer of electrical wiring cables and interconnects for over 66 years. With the last 18 years under current ownership, CIA&D strives to bring affordable quality products to the aerospace, marine, and industrial markets. The company has two locations in Fort Worth, Texas. Our harness manufacturing and Repair Station is housed in a modern 121,096 sq ft (11,250 sq m) facility. A second, newly renovated facility contains the hose and Conduit production.

Co-Operative Industries Aerospace supports airline, airframe, and engine manufacturers with precision electrical wiring harness products. Aircraft and ground support applications include signal transmission, power distribution, and testing wire harnesses. We specialize in wiring harnesses applications that stand up to hostile and extreme environments. In addition to aircraft engines, our product lines also support marine based gas turbine engines.

For instance, we have developed a highly moisture resistant, light weight, EMI protected harness assembly using our in-house manufactured PTFE conduit braided with a NiCu EMI braid followed with a Nomex® or PEEK chafe guard. This style harness preserves the integrity of the electrical circuit while maintaining durability and reducing weight. In addition, state-of-the-art automatic test equipment is used to electrically test our harnesses, assuring delivery of a quality product to our customers.

Co-Operative Industries Aerospace is an AS9100 registered manufacturing facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. From our modern 121,096 square foot (11,250 square meter) production site we supply electrical interconnects and flexible conduits to both the aerospace and commercial industries. We are an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers and the current marketplace. To this end, we have improved capacity and efficiencies by implementing a new facility layout and investing in additional equipment.
