CMAA membership turned out to hear the Two Year College story from Chancellor Bradley Byrne. He described the many programs instituted by the Two Year College system to provide training for the auto industry, high tech, bio tech, defense and other manufacturing industries. The ability of Alabama to step up with training has given the state a big advantage in recruiting new industry. He urged the energy industry to seek their assistance for workforce development.
