Marilyn M. Britton, has served as director of Coast National Bank since January 1999 and as a director of the Company since its formation. She is a fourth generation native of San Luis Obispo County and a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She was involved with the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau for over 29 years, retiring as Executive Director in December 2001, a position she held for over 17 years. Mrs.

Coast National Bank was founded in 1997 in San Luis Obispo by a group of local business professionals. As a locally owned and operated financial institution, we understand the community and know exactly what our customers need to live and succeed on the Central Coast. The first Coast National Bank branch was established at 486 Marsh street in historic downtown San Luis Obispo and expanded to a new building at 500 Marsh Street in 2002. In 16 years, Coast National Bank has grown to include three branches in San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, and Paso Robles.

Dan H. Wixom, is an original organizer and director of the Bank and has served as a director of the Company since its formation. Mr. Wixom is a rancher and an owner/operator of Wixom Trucking, LLC. Mr. Wixom formerly owned and operated Wixom Concrete, Inc., which was sold in 1997. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Agriculture Management, Mr. Wixom is a fourth generation resident of San Luis Obispo County. He has been a member of Native Sons of the Golden West for over 29 years and served as a president of the organization. Mr.

Mr. Wixom is a member of the California Cattlemen's Association, the National Cattlemen's Association, and the San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau. He has operated his own calf/cow operation for more than 32 years. His trucking company is involved in the statewide transportation of construction aggregates and livestock. Mr. Wixom’s diverse business experiences, together with his entrepreneurial business acumen, bring valuable knowledge and expertise to the Board.
