Supervising one of the state’s best day habilitation programs is no small task, but Yvonne Cook has managed to do it extremely well for over 15 years. A Savannah State University graduate, Yvonne joined the CCDS team in 1971 when she worked at St. Pius as an instructional aide. Over the years, Yvonne has developed a team of professionals who give their all to ensure the best possible experience to individuals participating in day habilitation services.
In May, CCDS was awarded a contract to provide Service Coordination / Clinical Evaluation Team (CET) services for Bryan, Camden, Glynn, Liberty, Long, and McIntosh counties.
Diane is a native of Savannah and is a graduate of Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Armstrong Atlantic State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University. As Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney, Diane leads the Juvenile Court division. While in private practice, she served as a judge pro-tem for Chatham County’s Recorder’s Court for more than 12 years and represented the Chatham County Board of Assessors for more than 10 years.
