As one of our core fields of expertise, Coastland offers full-service construction management and inspection services. Our primary objective in providing these services is to ensure the contractor delivers a quality project with a focus on safety, timeliness, budget, public relations and absolute conformance with the contract documents. This is accomplished by implementing our Quality Control Program and maintaining open communication with all project stakeholders for the duration of the project.

Thomas brings over 37 years of experience in the construction industry. He is an ICC Certified Plans Examiner and Inspector with experience in municipal Public Works, Health Care, Commercial, Residential and Multi Residential Unit projects.

Coastland is experienced in preparing the necessary drainage background documents for alternative analysis, including system modeling and hydrology and hydraulic reports. We also have extensive experience in preparing background documents for evaluating transportation alternatives including structural section designs, alignments and striping. In addition, existing field conditions are closely evaluated to clearly illustrate possible site impacts during the planning stages of projects.
