Description

The Cobalt Property Management Team ranks hospitality and customer service as THE top priorities when it comes to the services we provide our tenants. We offer everything from concierge and courier services, to state-of-the-art security, snow removal and plantcare.

This Cobalt Building, located at the corner of Floyd and Main Streets, next door to the Louisville Ballet, is one of the most distinctively refurbished buildings in downtown Louisville. Formerly a meat-packing plant, work began in 1999 to completely transform the property. Today, this building’s renovation accentuates the unique architectural features with a clean, crisp design, combing steel, brick and the old smoker doors with art glass and exposed ductwork.

Calvin manages the daily operations of all Cobalt properties. He works to keeps things running smoothly, promptly and courteously providing service as needed, and proactively maintaining our properties to meet the needs of our customers.

She loves the outdoors, and is currently seated as the Chairman of the Board of KNOW (Kentucky Network of Outdoor Women). KNOW is dedicated to providing opportunities for women to participate in outdoor activities and related educational events throughout the Commonwealth.
