Cobblestone Concepts evolved from its roots as consulting geographic information system firm providing services to civil engineering companies, utility agencies and local government with embracing strategies for implementing technologies that improve the services to their clients, customers or constituents. Technologies such as geographic information systems (GIS), Electronic Drawing Management Systems (EDMS), and Facilities Management work with a common thread of a database information system and the use of graphic entities to facilitate the communication and smart use of the information.
