"In creating Coco Rouge, we take pride in the consistency of our product, every chocolate being a perfect signature of the artist's hand. We find our inspiration in the stories of our ingredients; their history and their 'terroir'. Every spice, oil, and berry embodies the culture and texture of the corner of the earth from which they originate. Lavender honey is harvested from Provence, where bees drink nectar from flowers to produce a honey with a flavorful bouquet unique to the region. Marzipan is made from hand-harvested almonds ripened under the California sun and milled in an old world tradition. Petals from 10,000 Turkish roses, prized for their fragrance and beauty, are pressed to produce one ounce of our rose oil. These ingredients are as precious as they are rare, and we strive to help you find their magic in our chocolate. Coco Rouge wants to bring the experience of true indulgence to you."
