Most all our software has been tested to be Windows 7 Ready. This means that our software is ready for any surprises that 7 may bring (you do remember the Vista problems don't you?) Code-it Software (formerly "Customized Computer Software") is a Wyoming USA company founded in 1997. We have had a web presence since that time offering exciting software applications to the public as well as custom programming services. Mike Baker, its founder, has a 'B.S.' degree in 'Computer Science/ Programming' as well as an 'Associate of Science' degree in 'Electronics'. Mike has had many hours of A-Tech (Assistive Technology) training at Casper College (Casper, Wyoming) which he is especially proud of. Present & the future: It's so bright we got to wear shades! Our future plans include development of new and exciting software solutions as well as innovative marketing tactics that create a "win" solution for the customer. How we stand out from the rest: We know that in these times you have many choices of similar products that will do, more or less, the same thing but Code-it Software has separated itself from the over-abundance of "look a like" products, "me too" services, and "canned" support. How so? You'll find that the combination, of the below facts, place us (code-it and you: our family of users) at a different place then the rest of the pack. * all our software is 100% FREE of adware and/ or spyware: we don't send you newsletters (spam?) trying to sell you other products or services. So what? Your email inbox will never be bombarded with "special offers" and the like. Adware and spyware? We all hate it - it's never embedded within our registered stuff. * one time registration fee of our software: version updates are always FREE here at Code-it! So what? We are constantly adding new features and/ or tools to our software. If you registered say version 1.7 that did not have all the features that version2.0 had - merely request an update - it's free for the life of the software. * all our REGISTERED setups do not implement/ use "machine specific key-codes" or key-codes of any kind: no connecting to the iNet, for registration, so we can verify that it is only installed on one system. They are full registered versions that the EULA gives you license to install/ use on as many PERSONAL systems as desired. So what? Have you ever registered software and wanted to install/ use it on your kids computer, on your laptop or other personal system? Woooops! You realize that the software implements a key-code type registration that can't be used on another computer: you are required to buy another copy or just forget about it! Don't you just hate it when that happens? * fast support directly from the developer - not from someone that doesn't fully understand the software's source code. So what? You will NEVER receive "canned" support form Code-it! It comes directly from the guy that actually wrote and developed the software. Who would know better how to solve any problem you might be having? * we listen to you - our family of users: if an issue is reported/ feature suggested - we hop right on it if found valid. Frequent FREE updates! So what? We have gotten many suggestions form our users, in the past, that ended up being implemented within our software: and yes, a few bug reports also;-( We realize that folks in the "real world" sometimes have a far better understanding of their needs then a programmer that's hack'n out code in the wee hours of the morning. We listen to and respect your suggestions and opinions! * our pricing (registration fees) is the lowest it can be So what? We offer you more "BANG for YOUR BUCK": even more then FREE software! What? How can we say it's a better value then FREE? You just won't find any free software that offers all the features/ support that our solutions do. No hype: just fact! All our software registration fees are as low as they can be while still maintaining the highest in quality and service/ support. This allows us to offer you a quality product without having to hesitate spending the money and time to improve our/ your software. Please don't assume that our product is lower quality than higher priced competitor's. Be assured that all our software solutions offer much more then most higher priced applications. Better then FREE software? You won't get this quality in free apps: they don't even compare! * we offer most all our developed software to be "re-branded": this is the next best thing of being "open source" software. So what? If you are a person or company that wants to offer software, that is similar to what we have developed, our "one time" re-branding licensing fee will get you started to promote your business or provide an additional income stream. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies. You may not publish, market, distribute, sell or sublicense the Licensed Product without express consent from Code-it Software. Common sense dictates that any software program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. While every precaution was taken to produce bug free code, you use this software at your own risk. Code-it Software will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits while using this software. EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. where the software was created. We do NOT support the use of DRM (or any function that "calls home" to verify registration) within any of our software solutions. Version updates: They are ALWAYS FREE here at Code-it. This not only includes bug fixes but interface and/ or features additions. In other words - if we add features to an application you always get them free if you're a registered user. Merely request a download link (to the full registered version) along with some type "proof of registration" (i.e. order number, copy of registration confirmation email, etc...)
