We provide energy efficient solutions including photovoltaic, lighting studies, and other energy saving strategies. The two main goals of our electrical engineering department are to be sensitive to the function and form of architecture, and to utilize energy efficiently and conservatively while being conscientious of the client’s budget.

CCI’s is headquatered just outside Denver, Colorado and has projects across the United States and overseas. We provide full building department services as well as services that are normally outside the scope building departments but which are related to the construction industry. We provide expertise in Legacy Codes such as the Uniform Codes, Canadian Codes and the International Codes, and also provide expertise in fire codes, NFPA codes, HAZMAT, special inspections, quality control, elevator codes and integrated design services.
