Codell Construction Company is a fourth-generation family owned corporation. We have proudly provided quality construction services throughout the world for over 100 years. Codell Construction was established in 1908 and was incorporated in 1917.

Codell Construction provides services in state of emergency situations. We are always trying to assist in any State that has had a natural disaster. We understand the high importance of helping communities get back on their feet and have done so locally and out of state. Codell Construction has provided emergency services to Belfry Middle School and Johns Creek Elementary School in Pikeville, Kentucky when the schools were flooded and had to be renovated by the time school started back in August.

Codell Construction is a construction management company that also provides design/build services. Our company has experience with a wide array of projects including higher education facilities, primary education facilities, medical facilities, libraries, judicial centers, detention centers/jails, family activity centers, convention centers and industrial projects. Throughout all of our projects we have always remained committed to satisfying our clients by completing projects on time, within budget and in a quality manner.

Patrick has been with Codell for over 8 years. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Western Kentucky University. He started out in the administrative department and has been promoted to Treasurer. As Treasurer, Patrick’s duties include processing pay applications, invoices for contractors and suppliers and change orders. He also assists the Vice-President/CFO with the accounting department.

We also provide our services to different Federal Government projects. We currently have a Kentucky IDIQ contract with GSA and a MATOC IDIQ contract with Tennessee. We also have experience with MATOC IDIQ contracts in states such as Mississippi, Louisiana, Illinois, North and South Carolina and Kentucky.
