CLI is an independent lab specializing in the tasting and testing of coffee in all applications. We work with green, roasted, whole bean, ground, instant, decaf, and coffee extracts of all types. From tackling new product development challenges, to quality control specifications manuals, and organoleptic testing, at CLI, we partner with coffee affiliated roasters, retailers, manufacturers, brokers, exporters, coffee farmers and associations to help all through their coffee related business challenges.
