Our expertise in user-interface design and systems architecture is demonstrated in our first product, a PC game called "MindRover: The Europa Project".MindRover is a game where players learn to program robots for competitions ranging from "Hot Potato" to "Hallway Racing" and "Quarry Battle". The highly acclaimed programming interface provides a graphical wiring screen which makes it very easy for a new player to program their first robot. At the same time the depth and expansion capabilities of the underlying architecture allow for very complex robot behaviors.Each of the robots created in MindRover run their own virtual computer. We designed it this way so we could eventually target physical computers in the real world, not just virtual ones. So the next step in CogniToy's development effort was to demonstrate that our architecture could work with actual, real-world robots.
