Cohen Asset Management, Inc., ("CAM"), is a private real estate investment firm. The company was formed to engage primarily in the business of acquiring, owning, developing, and managing net leased income-producing industrial and office properties nationwide. CAM generally targets real estate investments that are undervalued due to vacancies, poor management, inefficient current use, deferred maintenance, long-term undervalued leases or other unfavorable market conditions and creates value by correcting these deficiencies. In order to counterbalance the highly value-added and opportunistic situations, CAM's investment strategy also includes the acquisition of build-to-suit and existing net leased industrial and office projects with national or regional credit and long-term leases in place.
