Background Barry started his accounting career with a major Connecticut regional accounting firm in 1971. He became a partner in this firm and gained his expertise in the area of taxation while servicing a variety of privately owned manufacturing, industrial, health care, service and retail clients. In 1984 Barry joined the international accounting firm Levanthal & Horvath as Director of Tax Services for Connecticut. In that position he provided tax planning and compliances services to high net worth individuals and Fortune 1000 Companies. Barry established the firm of Barry A.
