We are an environmental consulting firm specializing in assessment of liabilities, removal of home heating oil storage tanks and cleanup of any oil leaked from tanks. Cohesion's services require a wide range of expertise. We subcontract professional services such as engineering design, land surveying, and geologic oversight where necessary.

Dr. Burrie Boshoff has more than 30 years experience in the public sector and 10 years of experience in the private sector. His experience in the public sector, i.e. NCDENR, allows Cohesion to better understand and communicate with the regulatory sector.

We conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Liability Assessments for purchasing and refinancing of commercial property.
