Kate Kittredge | Director, Production and Creative Development has been working with artists, brands and publications for over 10 years to bring a wide range of creative ideas to life. Most recently, Kate has been working as an independent producer of photo shoots, music videos, fashion shows and various art and music events. She has a background in photography, and spent 5 years as a post-producer from 2006-2011, working closely with renowned fashion photographers, agencies and production houses to execute numerous world-wide print campaigns, editorial and fine art projects.

Lisa Shimamura | Founding Partner has served as an artist representative, fundraising consultant, and independent art curator for a diverse body of work for over 15 years. Prior to Colab, Lisa co-founded MAMA Reps in 2000, a NewYork-based artist management agency providing marketing services for agencies and brands worldwide. She has also served as Vice President of Production and Creative Development for Razorfish Studios, producing online exhibitions now included SF MoMA’s permanent collection.

Kurt Langer | Partner has 15 years of experience in event production, artist management, and youth marketing. He worked for the Beastie Boys' Milarepa Fund from 1996-2001 as a producer of the Tibetan Freedom Concerts, raising over $3 million for the foundation. During this time, Kurt also served as the Milarepa Fund's "Minister of Information" (Marketing Director) and produced feature films, tours, websites, radio/TV spots, and cause-based merchandise to engage youth in Milarepa Fund's causes.

Maki Kaoru | Director, Artist Management and International Development is originally from Japan and has over 5 years of experience working as an artist representative and a promoter for illustrators and photographers. Prior to Colab, Maki served as a creative agent for a New York and Tokyo based illustration agency representing over 25 international artists for various commercial projects worldwide and has worked with international clients like Die Gestalten, Vogue Italia, Conde Nast Verlag, AllRightsReserved in Hong Kong, and many others.
