What areas do you service? Do you provide delivery and/or pick-up? Our drivers originate from Daytona Beach, Florida and deliver nationwide. We have supported Superstar concerts and other events all across North America. The longer the rental period the more cost effective a long distance delivery is. I need to rent a trailer for cold storage. How long are the rental periods? Cold To Go trailers are available for rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Please call today for a quote and our staff will be able to provide you with the refrigerated trailer most suited to your needs. We're remodeling the kitchen at our restaurant. Can we use one of your reefer trailers for longer term storage? Yes of course. Our trailers are perfect during a restaurant remodel, construction or long term need. What sizes are the trailers? Our rental fleet is comprised of 8’ and 12’ trailers but we can custom build up to 16’. Please call us and we can help you get into the proper trailer. I've rented trailers before and they've been a headache to use. How are Cold To Go's trailers different? Cold To Go is proud to provide a fleet with the following great features: Do you have any used units for sale? There are usually a small number of used units available for sale. Please fill out the relevant fields on the reservation form or call us for more information on what we have in stock at the moment. Do you have any new units for sale? Yes, we are constantly in the building process and have trailers being started or finished. Please allow 6-8 weeks to build if we are starting new for you. Call us and we can give you a quote. What about features on your trailers? Our new trailers have several great features to match their clean look. Electronic temperature controls inside lockable box, a heavy-duty front jack and fold out rear stabilizer jacks, tandem 5000 lb. axles, and aluminum fenders (no more rust!). Please allow 6-8 weeks to build and deliver. What size trailer do I need? You know your needs better than anyone, and after talking with our staff we will be able to determine what size will accomodate all of your demands! Call us today if you have any questions and we can run over the details together before placing an order for rental or sale. How much product can I fit in trailer? This is simple math, just take the size of the axles and subtract overall weight of trailer and your left with your load capacity. (Example (2)3500lb. axles = 7000 lbs. – 2000 lbs. trailer weight = ~ 5000 lbs of load capacity.) Where can I use my Cold To Go trailer? Does parking it on a slope cause problems? Our 8' and 12' trailers can GO pretty much anywhere! Our customers love these because they are super quiet and you can get them into pretty much any location, from asphalt, to gravel, or grass. A gentle slope will not cause a problem, however for an exagerrated slop you may need to level the trailer in order for it to drain properly. Can my Cold To Go trailer be used as both a fridge and a freezer? Yes, some of our 8’ & 12’ trailers can be used as either a fridge or a freezer. When renting or buying, please specify which use you will need so that we can provide the proper trailer for your business. Do you offer a warranty for purchase of new trailers? We have an industry standard 365 day warranty on the trailer but have extended warranties available for the refrigeration system.
