We have been active in 4H, Sullivan Soccer Association, Sullivan Saddle Club and Meramec Community Fair Board. I have served on many committees and participated in many activities as a teacher and a parent to improve the educational and professional strengths of our wonderful school district. Many Sullivan residents know me through my 30 years as a teacher and librarian at the elementary school.

For over 90 years Coldwell Banker has been building brand awareness in real estate. A strong nationwide advertising campaign appearing on major television and cable stations has continued to make the consumer aware that Coldwell Banker is the strongest name in real estate.

Coldwell Banker Reeves traces its beginning in the Sullivan area to 1977 when Kurt Koehn, Jr., who at that time had 32 years of sales experience in agriculture related businesses with the Dixie Mills Company, started Koehn Realtors with just two agents in an office along the South Service Road just west of the I-44 Exit 225 overpass. Koehn owned and operated the company for 18 years until 1985 when he sold the company to Robert and Sarah Sobolewski. Kurt Koehn, Jr. was an active broker salesperson with the company until his unfortunate passing away.

I have been an agent for 6 years, and before that spent many years as the elementary secretary at Sullivan Elementary School. I enjoy working with people and will go above and beyond to provide good service. I also work 2 days each week in the Coldwell Banker Reeves office checking all files for accuracy.
