Known as Matthews & Associates from 1953 to 1979, the company was purchased by itscurrent owners, Dennis Ledford and Denny Wagaman, in 1979. In the early 1980's, Dennis and Denny converted the company to Coldwell Banker by purchasing a Coldwell Banker franchise. Since that time, they have been building quality client services for the Walla Walla Valley.Now known as the largest real estate company in the Walla Walla Valley, Coldwell Banker First Realtors®is part of a vast network throughout North America, the Caribbean, Singapore and Central America.
