Lisa joined Cole as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2007 bringing 16 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Operations. Lisa's primary responsibilities at Cole encompass all components of financial, human resource, and administrative office operations. She had the foresight to streamline Cole's information systems in order to consolidate efforts and more efficiently manage the billing process for Cole and our clients. Lisa obtained her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1991 and successfully completed CPA exam in 1997.

Jim has over 16 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. He is responsible for overseeing commercial and industrial land development projects. Jim attended University of Missouri, Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in the following states: Alabama; Arizona; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Kansas; Mississippi; Missouri; North Carolina; South Carolina.
