Rebecca (“Becky”) Cooper has more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry. She began working in California for Union Carbide, gaining experience in inventory management, HS&EA, and distribution. In 1996, she began working in Texas as a customer service specialist for the Dow Chemical. In 2001, she joined Cole Chemical where she manages sourcing, purchasing, inventory management and logistic.

Michael’s 20 years of experience in Information Technology includes technical sales, network and server administration, application development, and database management. In 2000, he started applying those skills to help Cole Chemical exceed customer expectations and help customers lower the cost of doing business. .

Nimfa joined Cole Chemical in March 2012 in Customer Service as a Strategic Global Sourcing Specialist. With over 10 years experience in global sourcing, purchasing, and logistics in the following industries from the Philippines: food, cosmetic, personal care, and beverages. Being in Procurement and Supply chain for most of her career , Nimfa brings her knowledge of process improvements and employee training to internal and external customers globally.

Hilda came to Cole Chemical with 10 years experience in Intermediate Chemicals Accounting and Customer Service at Exxon Chemical Company, plus sales experience at Xerox. She began at Cole 13 years ago as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to Business Development Manager. Hilda has a passion for building customer and supplier relationships, and finding better, more efficient solutions for all.

Shell Oil and Shell Chemical Companies contracted with a manufacturer to supply 100% of their needs. The manufacturer contracted with Cole Chemical to supply up to 10% of Shell’s needs to assist Shell in meeting their M/WBE goals and to provide a second source of supply if necessary during force majeure conditions.
