The corporate headquarters is located in Novato, California. Operations offices are located in Houston, Texas and Walnutport, Pennsylvania. Collateral Specialists’ management team has an average of twenty years of experience in the collateral management industry.

CSI offers a comprehensive, experienced team to fulfill your inspection requirements. CSIâ??s senior management has an average of 20 years of experience in the collateral management industry and its all employee field force is comprised of professional, experienced individuals across the country.

CSI’s 550 field employees are professional inspectors that bring with them a myriad of experience, skills and insight. Many of the representatives have been involved in commercial lending and wholesale financing, which allows them to offer a unique perspective to each inspection.
