I have had the great pleasure of working with Dorothy and Collect Technology for more than 10 years mainly as computer program consultants. When our computers went down for any reason they could be trusted to fix the problem in a timely and professional manner. When I assumed the position of office manager, about 2½ years ago, we discovered that our account receivables were in a shambles. There were literally years of unpaid bills owed to us from our patients as well as monies not coming in from insurance companies due to improper billing.
