Since 1922, Collection Professionals, Inc. has been providing collection services to creditors throughout the Northern Rocky Mountain region. Through maintaining excellent recovery rates and superior customer service, we have grown to the largest accounts receivable, collection and check recovery agency in our region. We currently maintain full service collection offices in Sheridan, Gillette, and Cody, Wyoming, and Missoula and Great Falls, Montana.

When an account is assigned to the Receivable Solutions management program, our team of Account Executives immediately work to establish an acceptable payment arrangement. Once established, the account is monitored until paid in full. Our approach with your customers emphasizes dignity, respect, and professionalism, thereby maintaining the goodwill you have established with your customers over the years.

Collection software/hardware: CPI has utilized the national award winning Columbia Ultimate Business System (CUBS) software since 1988. Main servers are IBM. All offices data bases are "connected" real time. We also have a state of the art CU Converse predictive dialer, allowing us to maximize consumer telephone contact.
