Consulting Services CIT’s consulting arm was established as a direct result of the demand for providing our clientele with expertise in the various areas of carrier relations, including interconnection arrangements and carrier billing. CIT’s consultants have been engaged with major telecommunications companies negotiating interconnection agreements and billing arrangements, as well as deciphering ILEC and CLEC tariffs. In addition, our consultants are fully capable of providing expert testimony in cases where the state PSC and FCC are involved. CIT also specializes in providing consultation to building and property owners and managers as to the most viable means of deriving income from their telecommunications infrastructure from providers of telecommunications products and service who will ultimately utilize that infrastructure for the delivery of products and services to tenants occupying space within the property. Infrastructure Design and Engineering Services Based on analysis of the current telecommunications market, there is an inherent and abundant need for reliable, quality telecommunications and surveillance system cabling infrastructure within the MDU and MTU community.
