Prior to starting Colley Construction, Tim worked for a Phoenix based General Contractor hardison/downey construction as a Sr. Project Manager for 14 years. His main focused was on the special projects which were larger but difficult design build high technology projects. This previous experience and training he gained from working in the semi-conductor industry provided the technical and very detailed processed he implements on each of his projects.
