Description
Again, Colley Refrigeration recommends the Trane Cleaneffects as it is the only proactive system that aggressively kills odors and gases. We have numerous testimonials regarding the removal of pet odors, paint odors, musty smells and general odors in homes and businesses. TRANE Clean Effects The standard air cleaners on the market have filters that are very dense. Meaning they try to stop the dust by trapping it in a slightly porous filter. The fewer the pores the more dust it can trap. However, this not only stops the dust and dirt, but it also stops the air from moving as well.
AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE AND REPAIR Be careful who performs your air conditioning repairs. Several companies send out ac technicians that are working under the master license of the owner, but are not licensed themselves. With Colley Refrigeration you can feel comfortable knowing that a license holding technician is present on every job, so the job is done right, the first time. At Colley Refrigeration, we treat your home with respect. We use drop cloths and booties inside your home so after every air conditioning repair, your home looks exactly the same as when we arrived.
STANDARD PROCEDURES Once you identify and contact several HVAC contractors set up an appointment with each of them to visit your home. You should not be charged for this initial appointment. During the meeting the contractor should inspect your existing air conditioner and collect a wide range of information about your home, how many windows and type, which direction they face, and R-value of the insulation. The contractor uses all of this information to calculate the heat load to verify that the existing equipment is correctly sized and proposed equipment is also correctly sized.
With new construction, Colley Refrigeration works alongside the building architect and engineer to ensure that the air conditioning system is properly designed. Colley Refrigeration understands that there are many factors that influence the design of the air conditioning system – windows, attic, insulation levels, etc. By working with the engineers and architects from the beginning, our air conditioning systems are properly designed and sized to provide maximum comfort.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM INSTALLATION Colley Refrigeration has experience working with many different builders throughout the greater Clute, Houston, Sugar Land, Galveston area. We understand they have a schedule to meet and we know how to work with them to balance the builder's project timeline along with our high standards for air conditioning installation.
