Collier, which instilled the knowledge and commitment to service that the company thrives on today. Our staff of engineers, technicians, GIS specialists, inspectors, surveyors and support personnel provides complete engineering services for state, local and county governments, as well as private clients. Our primary expertise is the planning, designing, and managing of construction projects in the fields of transportation, construction management and civil design.
