Collier Health Services, Inc. (“CHSI”) is a private, not-for-profit “safety net” health care provider with 10 health care facilities located throughout Collier County. These facilities include: the Marion E. Fether Medical Center, Children’s Health Network, Immokalee Family Care Center, Golden Gate Dental Practice, Horizons Primary Care Center, and the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile.We offer basic primary and preventative medical and dental health care services. In calendar year 2005, we provided services to 42,218 individuals in Collier County for a total of 190,365 patient visits.
