Description

Web Based Resource Management System for large and mid-sized service companies. We offer a web based solution to run your company effectively, allowing people to work together with instant access to tools and corporate information from anywhere in the world. This system does not replace any system that you currently have, with the exception of your estimating and quoting systems, its purpose is to maintain your resources outside of your account system so you can track information not directly related to billing. Accounting tracks the past, a Resource Management System tracks the past and the future; What bids are outstanding?, What jobs are scheduled ?..., and tracks information not applicable to accounting; Who do we contact on the job site?, Is this a plant shut down?.... The CollinsRMS is designed to enhance customer communications and track your resources so all your business information is instantly available.
