Collisionworx Inc. estimate process is to disassemble the vehicle in our state-of-the-art repair facility. It is imperative to write a complete estimate on the vehicle as to make sure we do not have any hidden damage. We take digital photos of the vehicle's damage; upload and submit images to your insurance carrier. This process allows us to better serve you the customer with a complete blue-print of the repair procedure. Without this process it can delay the repair process ie: hidden damage/ more parts needed that could not be seen because vehicle was not disassembled. Our process is one that is designed with positive workflow. We also offer express lane for some repairs that can be completed in just one day. It is our goal to correctly repair your vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Once repairs are started we do not want to stop because of a bad blue-print. We want to get the vehicle back to its owner with a great experience in the collision repair process.
