Welcome to Colonial Residential Property Management! Our two-family and single-family homes are unlike any other! We have been in business for over 20 years providing quality, affordable homes to rent in the Dayton, Ohio area. Our speciality is Section 8 housing, federal/state subsidized housing and/or privately subsidized housing. If you are a Sec. 8 voucher holder or receiving a monthly housing subsidy from another entity, we have just the right home for you. Our homes are maintained to quality standards. Our motto is "Our home is your home" and we really mean it.

Working closely with local housing authorities, we provide quality, affordable rental housing to families receiving housing assistance. We work with law enforcement agencies, community associations, Dayton Police Department-Drug Unit, watch groups, tenant screening agencies, neighbors, home owners, and other property managers to ensure our tenants maintain good citizen and housing quality standards. We absolutely do not condone or allow the use, sale and distribution of any illegal substance or activity. To that end, we have a screening process that includes completion of an online screening form, rental application, rental history review, employment/income, criminal, civil, eviction check, landlord references, credit (some conditions apply), community neighborhood review and home assessment visits. We subscribe to all Fair Housing laws and do not discriminate against race, religion, handicap, national origin, ancestry, color, sex, sexual orientation or familial status.
