The only way we are able to achieve this is by informing our customers that a properly licensed interstate broker, such as Colonial Van Lines Relocation Division, is not a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper's household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods by an FMCSA authorized motor carrier, whose charges will be determined by its published tariff. All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the carrier's tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request.

We were having a very short time frame, and the company did everything possible to meet our needs. The price was really much lower then another quoted moving companies.Colonial Lines was referred to us by a friend, who already used their services for a long distance moving. I was told about their great service and willing to help in every aspect, but the reality exceeded our expectations. The truck arrived on time, the movers were extremely friendly, hard working, were fast and really knew how to do a job. The driver was a master of parking on a pretty narrow driveway, made sure that our neighbor's lawn was not damaged...All furniture was 'handled with care', wrapped very secure, guys were very polite and pleasant, in the end we almost did not want to say goodbye! :-)) JUST BIG THANKS FOR COLONIAL VANS! Will definitely recommend this company in the future.
