Colony Home Builders is built on three generations with over 60 years of experience. Over the years Colony has built more than 1,500 homes for families just like yours. Hal and Michael Pearl have assembled a team of professionals who love what they do, and take pride in doing a job well done. Our family owned business allows us to be closely involved in every step of the building process, giving your home the individual attention it deserves. We are small enough to be flexible and personal, but experienced enough to provide the trust needed for buyers to know they are getting a solid and exceptionally designed home. Michael has completed his service as the 2005 President of the Greater Cleveland Home Builders Association bringing a broad base of technical and professional knowledge to the company. Michael is also an active member at the State and National level through his associations with OHBA and NAHB. By serving the building industry from a local and national perspective, he is always one step ahead in industry and product knowledge. Michael has recently introduced CB Cleveland to the Cleveland area to benefit not only Colony, but other local member builders.
