James Pasciolla has 30 years of experience in prepress and commercial printing. He founded Color Optics in 1984 with Michael Pasciolla Sr. In 2011, Color Optics sold to Visant Corp., where James continues his position as Executive Vice President, Sales.

Joe Cicci has 37 years of experience in the cosmetic packaging industry. He joined Color Optics in 2001 as Vice President, Sales and was named President in 2004. In addition to Color Optics, Joe has held senior management positions with Union Camp Corp., International Paper, and Shorewood Packaging.

Mr. Librot has more than 30 years of experience in the printing business. He began his career 1982 as Production Manager of Color Graphics Press. In 1987, he joined DePalma Printing Company and went to work for Color Optics in 1996.
