The result of this discovery is Colorado Hazard Control, LLC, which Dan founded in 2006. Jim is using his vast knowledge and hands on experience with Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects to provide clients accurate pricing and project design. He is a talented leader who is able to manage projects completely from start to finish. His years of experience allow him to complete projects without needing an additional budget or workdays. Jim has been involved with many projects including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead removal, demolition, radon mitigation and hazardous materials removal.

The State of Colorado’s asbestos regulation, Regulation #8, has been the premier asbestos regulation for Colorado since its implementation in 1979. This crucial public health and safety regulation has regulated the removal of asbestos in public access facilities, residential properties, and schools for over 30 years. Since its implementation Regulation #8 has been re-assessed per regulatory requirement 11 times, and as of January 2013 is under re-evaluation again.
